The Delta D22 M, engineered by British Acoustics, is a professional loudspeaker designed for rigorous audio environments. With a frequency response ranging from 56 Hz to 22 kHz (-3 dB) and a maximum sound pressure level of 139 dB, it offers precise sound reproduction and ample headroom. Powered by a 3000W continuous amplifier (6000W peak), it delivers robust performance. Equipped with two 12” LF drivers featuring dual-layer 4" copper voice coils and treated waterproof cones, alongside a 1.4" titanium diaphragm HF driver, the D22 M ensures accurate audio delivery across the frequency spectrum. Connectivity options include USB for firmware updates, dual Ethernet ports, and XLR connectors for analog and AES3 digital inputs. Built with a marine birchwood cabinet and a powder-coated durable grill, it guarantees reliability in demanding scenarios.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
